Twig, known as the 'Bank of Things', redefined fintech by merging banking with a recommerce marketplace, enabling users to unlock wealth through instant resale of personal items. Despite rapid growth to over 2 million users and ranking among Deloitte Technology Fast 500, its retro design undermined accessibility and usability​.

By addressing these pain points, the project transformed Twig into a more intuitive, user-friendly platform, aligning its innovative mission with a refreshed user experience.
